Because we dedicate resources and begin custom work immediately for each client, we have a strict no-refund policy for our services.
1. Non-Refundable Services & Retainer
All payments made to Vips Media for our consulting, strategy, and automation setup services are non-refundable. This includes the standard 50% project deposit (retainer) required to begin work, as this fee reserves our time and resources exclusively for your project.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:

The initial retainer and any other fees paid are non-refundable.

You will be invoiced for any additional work completed or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
3. If You Are Unsatisfied
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our work at any stage, we commit to working with you to make it right. We will review the project scope and collaborate with you to resolve any issues before a project is considered complete and the final payment is due.
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute against a valid invoice is a violation of these terms. We will provide our payment processor and your financial institution with documentation of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service as proof of the agreed-upon transaction.
